Alcatel One Touch Android Phones - Why NOT to buy! - If you want a phone with this high level of bugs in the software buy an Alcatel. If you want a phone that actually works then buy anything else, just not Alcatel. I tried calling, I tried Facebook, only to be told I have to send off my phone for something that could easily be fixed by an end user with even a tiny bit of common sense but no Alcatel don't like making software. Thanks for a nice looking paperweight Alcatel.
